Let the no. Of diamonds be a
If counted in 2's one will remain such that for natural no. q, a= 2q+1
Similarly;
For natural no. p
a= 6p+1
For natural no. f
a= 7f+0
As in every case values taken are 2,6,7 so find a multiple of 7 such that every condition is satisfied. So by taking LCM we get no. Of diamonds is 42
LCM(2,6,7)= 42
