total voters are 7700 out of which 770 didnt cast their votes and 50 votes were declared invalid 770+50=820
7700-820=6880 is No of total valid votes and it is the 89.35% of total  votes.
out of which 47% are the votes in the favor of successful candidate means 3619. if successful member got 308 votes more than the other candidate then the other member secured 3311 votes!!!!!!!!
