there were two candidates p and q in an election. 10% of voters did not cast their votes. P got 36% of total votes and q got 60% of cast votes and won the election by 5400 votes find the total voters.

let total number of votes be 100
then only 90 people voted ok 
so P got 36 votes
but Q got 60% of 90 votes that means 54 votes
so Q won by 18 votes
now 
18⇔5400
then 100⇔30000
therfore answer is 30000
