Thermodynamics is a essential part of physics and chemistry studies and research works.

According to the question;

"Thermodynamic properties are macroscopic coordinates significant only for systems existing in states of what kind of Equilibrium."


This statement is not completely justified.


Because in the macroscopic approach of thermodynamics ,the observations are completely independent regarding the characteristics and state of that matter.
