Answer:

0.73 m

Step-by-step explanation:

Thickness of wood = 1.5 cm = \frac{1.5}{100}=0.015 m

External length = 1.06 m

External Breadth = 93 cm =  \frac{93}{100}=0. 93 m

Internal length = 1.06 m-(0.015+0.015)m = 1.03 m

Internal breadth =0.93 m-(0.015+0.015)m = 0.9 m

Let the internal height be h

Volume of wooden box = Length \times Breadth \times Height

                                       = 1.03 \times 0.9 \times h

Since we are given that  internal volume is 0.6489 cubic m

So, 1.03 \times 0.9 \times h =0.6489

h =\frac{0.6489}{1.03 \times 0.9}

h =0.7

so, Internal height is 0.7 m

So, external height = 0.7 m+0.015 m+0.015 m = 0.73 m

Hence the external height of box. is 0.73 m
