Explanation: Pudding is always on the list of everyone’s favorite food. People of all ages loves to eat pudding recipe because it is easy to make and delicious to eat. You can try to make it home by using following steps.
Ingredients Used are:
- 500gm normal rice
- 2tablespoon ghee
- 2pcs bayleafs
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 200gm chickpea dal
- 1tablespoon each garlic and ginger paste
- To taste salt
- 4pcs cloves
- 5-6 pieces backpeeper
- 4-5 pieces whole green chillies
- 1tablespoon turmeric powder
- 1/2tablespoon Nutmeg-mace paste
- 1 litre liquid milk
First, pour the liquid milk into the pot and stir with cardamom,
cinnamon etc. Shake for a while and pour the mixed milk powder. When
it becomes thick, stir it with rice. Next give condensed milk in it.
It will thicken after two or three balls rise. If you give condensed milk,
you don't need sugar anymore, but if you want to eat more sweets, add
sugar. Then, pour raisins, saffron and a small amount of different
almonds and stir. When the scent thickens, take it down. Now pour the
rest of the almonds in a bowl, spread the saffron on top and serve.
