2.)Whatever we are speaking we should be to the point.

3.)If we have the certain information about anything and then too someone is repeating the same we must listen.

4.)If we are getting the mistakes of the person speaking we should wait till he is alone and then say him/her .

DON’TS

1.)Not to use Hindi words in english,nor English words in Hindi..

2.)We should not speak anything rubbish if we are not knowing about the topic.

3.)We should not speak in middle,first let the person finish the talk then we should start.

4.)We should not insult anyone publically after learning their mistakes,this lowers one’s confidence level.
