actually villages don't have any technical machines to do work like us in towns. so government should plan for the farmers crops
1 implementing of bore wells helps farmers to water their crops.
2 government should give loans to the farmers for buying seeds etc..
3 i hope Ryotwari system should implemented so that fixed should be given to the government.
