EVERY ACTION HAS EQUAL AND OPPOSITE REACTION.
IF BODY A EXERTS FORCE ON BODY B(ACTION), THEN BODY B EXERTS FORCE ON BODY A (REACTION). THESE TWO FORCES HAVE SAME MAGNITUDE BUT ARE OPPOSITE IN DIRECTION. THESE TWO FORCES ACT ON DIFFERENT BODIES
