The 'Baya' or the 'Weaver' bird is known as the architect of nature.

The Baya/Weaver Bird :-

The Baya or the Weaver bird is found in the Indian Sub-Continent and South East Asia. It is well known for its elegant retort-shaped hanging nest, built from leaves in colonies. But isolated nests are not unusual. The weaver bird's nests are built on thorny trees near water or hanging over water where predators cannot reach easily. Baya or Weaver birds are social and gregarious birds. These are sparrow sized (15 cm) birds and in their non-breeding plumage, both males and females resemble female house sparrows.
