distance=13.8+-0.2
time =4.0+-0.3
velocity=13.8+-0.2/4.0+-0.3
=3.45+-((0.2/13.8+0.3/4)×3.45)
=3.45+-(0.014+.75)
=3.45+-0.3ms^-1
2) percentage error={.2/13.8}×100+{.3/4}×100
=8.94%=9%
