$= x { }^{2} - 4x - 3x + 12 = \frac{34}{33 {}^{2} }$

$= x {}^{2} - 7x + 12 = \frac{34}{1089}$

$= 1089x {}^{2} - 7623x + 13068 = 34$

$= 1089x {}^{2} - 7623x + 13068 - 34 = 0$

$= 1089x {}^{2} - 7623x + 13034 = 0$

$= x = \frac{ - ( - 7623) + - \sqrt{( - 7623) {}^{2} - 4 \times 1089 \times 13034} }{2 \times 1089}$

$= x = \frac{7623 + - 1155}{2 \times 1089}$
