Now consider first and last ratio

Let ? be y

14/21 = 6/y

2/3 = 6/y

2x=18

x=9

Therefore , 14/21 = 2/3 =6/9

I have taken 2 ratios first and then second because there is a equal to sign which signifies that all ratios are same
