Plz mark which question you want to ask first.

1. For the lines to intersect at a point the equation will be 5x-6y-8=0.
For the parallel lines the equation will be...3x-4y-10=0.

2. If the linear pairs are consistent then the lines will either intersect at a point or will coincide with each other in the graph.
