Answer:NUMBER OF PROTONS=NO. OF ELECTRONS=ATOMIC NUMBER (IN CASE OF A NEUTRAL ATOM)

NUMBER OF NEUTRONS=MASS NUMBER-ATOMIC NUMBER

EXAMPLE; 11 Na 23

here 11 is the atomic number

23 is the mass number

so here, no.of electrons=no. of protons=11

no. of neutrons=23-11=12

atomic number equal to the number of protons and and number of protons is equal to number of electrons and then by finding the number of neutrons the formula is A-Z .

Explanation:

A is a Mass number and Z is a Atomic number . if mass number and atomic number is given then you easily find the number of neutrons.
