this isn't really a question about an assignment, but how do you answer questions that have already have answers? and how do you comment on things that have answers?

It's pretty easy, but you can't answer questions that have already been answered.... but you can comment on the answers. When you go to a question that been answered (doesn't matters when) just take a look at the bottom of the answer and you will see an option as comment or something just similar to that. So you just have to click on that and then write whatever you want to say and then press enter if there is no posting sign or "Add your comment" or "post". When you do that your comment will reach the others.
