• The object of the verb in active voice becomes the subject of the verb in active voice.

• The subject of verb in active voice becomes the object of verb in passive voice and preposition "by" is put before it.

• An appropriate form of verb is used, according to the rules.

• Remember : In passive voice, only third form of the verb is used (means Past participle)
