Because brainly is trying to get rid of profile comments and inbox facilities.

Making brainly more effective .

Making brainly a safe place only for education and making it trust .

Brainly has over 10 million users in it .

But now a days lot of spammers are spamming brainly and using inbox facility in out of control for unwanted things.

To avoid all these circumstances brainly is banning this feature of profile comments & Inbox .
