Hey mate here is your answer:--

Largest number of four digits is 9999

Prime factorization of 4,7,13

4=4×1

7=7×1

13=13×1

LCM=4×7×13=364

On dividing 9999 by 364 gives remainderas 171

So,9999-171=9828

# 9828 on divided by 364 leaves remainder as 0

# 9828+3=9831

#So, 9831 on divided by 364 leaves remainder as 3

#So, 9831 on divided by 4,7,13 leaves remainder as 3

Hence the required number is 9831.
