8 - 1 = 63.
6 -16 = 32
9 - 9 = 78
3 - 9 = 6
3 - 81 = ?

here in question the second number square root is subtracted from the first number square

=25-2
=23
8-1 = 63 = 8^2 -√1
=64-1
=63
6-16 = 32 = 6^2 -√16
=36 - 4
=32
9-9 = 78 = 9^2 -√9
=81-3
=78
3-9 =6 =3^2 -√9
=9-3
=6
Similarly in the next series we have to take square of first and square root of second.
3-81
=3^2-√81
=9-9
=0
