amount of apple per last year =

90,000×25/100

= 900× 25

= 22,500

no.of apples he had last year = 22,500.

Let the amount of apples grown last year be x
Therefore,
No.of crops grown this year
x + 25% of x = 90,000
x+25/100x=90000
125x/100 = 90000
x = 90000*100/125
x= 72000
I hope you understand my solution.....
