Some Parenchyma tissue contains CHLORENCHYMA which provides green colour that is chloroplast and helps in photosynthesis. so, providing green colour to the plant, it is said CHLORENCHYMA. ... So, because it's function is storage, it is said to be storage tissue (PROSENCHYMA) of parenchyma.
