Though Gateway of India is located on west seashore why sun rises seen from seawater​

I am surprised that you ask question like this! From your question, I think you are trying to say that because the Sun rises in the east, so we cannot see sunrise from the west. it is logical, and baseless.

we can see the sunrise in east because Earth is rotating on its axis from west to east. "East" and "West" are directions  not the locations on Earth.
