Though I am multicellular, there is no tissue in my body. The name of my phylum is Phylum Porifera.

Explanation:

  • I am a part of the group, which is also called sponges. I am a part of phylum which is considered as oldest animal group.
  • I am one of simplest multicellular organisms. I do not show "any shape and symmetry" to adapt to maximum efficiency of water flow.
  • My body contains many holes or pores called Ostia which help me adapt to aquatic habitat.
