Nitrogen cannot form NCl5..
Because Nitrogen do not have a vacant d orbital..
Therefore, it cannot expand its octet.

Di-Nitrogen Pentoxide (N2O5)..
Not Single Nitrogen Pentoxide..
As there are two N molecules they do not have a need of a d orbital..
