though the compounds of glucose and alcohol have hydrogen atoms in their molecules then why they are not yet categorized as acids???

Though glucose and alcohol compounds contain hydrogen yet they don't categorized as acids because they don't dissociates their hydrogen ions in water

because they don't get ionise in aqueous solution to produce hydrogen ions.
