Read the answer carefully

• First take the Lcm of 12,15 and 18 ,which 180 min
• Now, after taking lcm, 1hr = 60 min, so divide 180/60 = 3 hrs.

subtract the given time when it was started ringing which is 9:00 +3:00 = 12:00 pm
