Answer:

So the ratio of ages is 4:7:9

Now 4+7+9=20

A) Total sweets=

9x = 63 \\  \\  \therefore \: x =  \frac{ \cancel {63} \:  \:   ^{7} }{ \cancel{9}}  \\  \\  = 7 \times 20 = 140 \: sweets

B)

 \frac{4}{ \cancel{20}}  \times  \cancel{140} \:  \:  ^{7}  \\  \\  = 7 \times 4 = 28

Age 4 gets 28 sweets.

 \frac{7}{ \cancel{20}}  \times  \cancel{140} \:  \:  ^{7}  \\  \\  = 7 \times 7 = 49 \: sweets

Age 7 gets 49 sweets.

Hope it helps you from my side
