Let the number in the middle = x

Then, the smaller number = x - 1

The larger number = x + 1

Given,

      3 * ( x ) = x - 1 + x + 1 + 11

            3x = 2x + 11

             x = 11

∴ The required consecutive numbers are 10, 11, 12.
