lets the side of 1 cube be = a
so volume of 1 cube = a³
now they are joined end to end, and we have 3 cubes.
so the volume will be 3×a³ = 3a³ cm³
and if you want to do it the other way, then the length of newly formed rectangle is 3a
breath=a
height =a
volume = l×b×h
=3a×a×a
= 3a³ cm³
as you haven't mentioned the length of side and just "cm", just put in the value of side!
