here is your answer.....
_________________
volume of cubiod = 44cm×21cm×12cm

= 11088 cm^3

height of cone formed = 24cm

A/Q.
the volume of cone = 11088cm^3

 ==> \: \frac{1}{3} \times \pi \times {r}^{2} \times h = 11088 {cm}^{3} \\ ==> \frac{1}{3} \times {r}^{2} \times 24cm = 11088 {cm}^{3} \\ == > {r}^{2} = \frac{11088 {cm}^{3} \times 3 }{24cm} \\ ==> {r}^{2} = 1386 {cm}^{2} \\ ==>r = \sqrt{1386 {cm}^{2} } \\ ==> r = 37.229cm
therefore, radius of its base = 37.229 cm
,i.e., = 37.23cm

hope this helps.......
