You didn't say how they are arranged. So I think they must be in equilateral triangle. If the length of one side is r then force due to one charge is 9*10^9*(q^2/r^2)N. There will a equal force due to another charge at an angle of 60. Using vector addition we get √3 * 9*10^9*(q^2/r^2)N
