- if people perceive their identity as an individual then it is very difficult to accommodate such identities because the identity differs from one person to other

-but if people started to perceive their identity as an community or a group then it is easy to accommodate in a nation

It is easy to accommodate those demands which are within the constitutional framework not at anyone's risk

HOW THE GOVERNMENT REACTS TO THE DEMANDS AND ISSUES RAISED

-If the government is ready to are willing to fulfill the demands of the minority community then social divisions become less threatening to the country.

But if the government does not fulfill such demands then it would affect the integration of the country.
