Let the number be x

According to the question,  \frac{3}{5}   x^{2}  = 126.15

 x^{2}  = 126.15 *  \frac{5}{3}

 x^{2}  = 42.05

⇒ x = \sqrt{42.05}

⇒ x= 14.5

Hence the number is 14.5
