there's scarcity of water case there's a lot of water but still we have only 1% of fresh water and we don't have equal distribution of water cause some places have a lot of water and some places don't even have a drop of water. so save water save earth

1. Most of the water is present in oceans which is salty in nature and cannot be used for drinking purpose.

2. There was uneven distribution of water in country as well as States across the globe.

3. Only two to three percent water is fresh that can be used for drinking purposes.

4. The main source of freshwater is rain and groundwater but the groundwater level was decreasing because rain was happening rarely in most of the cities and even countries.

5. The water present in most of the cities is not fit for drinking purpose and thus it is not used by people.

So obviously water scarcity is faced even three fourth of the earth's surface is covered with water.
