Firstly, One chocolate is = 3/9+4/12+7/21.
Because there are three children. So, If every part is equal all part should be 1/3.
Now, simplify all parts:
3/9=1/3
4/12=1/3
7/21=1/3.
Since, all get equal parts.
Hope I help you.
