When we speak about dimensions of democracy a choice can come up between majoritarian electoral system and proportional representation or PR.
PR and consensus democracy gives us better and more accurate representation even minority representation.
Majoritarian on the other hand allows to get an effective government.
The third dimension is direct democracy which difficult for a big country with huge population.
