three major causes that led to the outbreak of french revolution are-
1) society was divided into three estates which was one of the greatest injustice.
2) the third estates people only have to pay taxes means that they have to take the burden of the society
3) besides the direct tax to the state their were many indirect taxes which  were very irritating to the 3rd estate people.
hope that this will help u.
