Let the common factor be x.
So,the numbers  are 3x , 4x and 5x .
3x+5x=4x+52
8x-4x=52
x=52/4
x=13

Largest number=5x
                         =5*13
                         =65

The largest number is 65

Hi Mate !!

Here's ur ans :-

Let the common factor in the numbers be a

Then the nos. are 3a , 4a , 5a

• sum of the first and third numbers is more than the second number by 52.

3a + 5a = 4a + 52

8a - 4a = 52

4a = 52

a = 52/4

a = 13

The first number is :- ( 3a ) = 39
Second number is :- ( 4a ) = 52
Third number is :- ( 5a ) = 65

65 is the largest number.

♯ To verify

sum of the first and third numbers is more than the second number by 52.

LHS :-

39 + 65

104

RHS :-

52 + 52

104

Since , LHS = RHS

hence , the nos. are correct !!
