Three resistance R1 , R2, and R3 are connected in a circuit in different ways . ‘R’ is the effective resistance. The properties observe for these different ways of connecting R1 , R2 , R3 are given below. Write the way in which they are connected in each case

1/R = 1/R₁ + 1/R₂ + 1/R3, it is clear from the equation that value of R is less than R₁ orR₂ or R3 = 1, therefore equivalent resistance of this combination is less than 1 ohm.
