Perimeter = (3a+4b-2) + (a-7) + (2a-4b+3)
= 3a+4b-2+a-7+2a-4b+3
= 3a+a+2a+4b-4b-2-7+3
= 6a-6
= 3a+4b-2+a-7+2a-4b+3
= 3a+a+2a+4b-4b-2-7+3
= 6a-6
