Answer:

Draw a line, AB, 7.5 cm. With A as center and a radius of 4.5 cm draw an arc.

With B as center and a radius of 6 cm draw an arc to cut the previous arc at C. Join AB, BC and CA.

ABC is the desired triangle. Check that

AB^2 =BC^2+CA^2.

7.5^2 = 4.5^2+6^2

56.25 = 20.25 + 36 = 56.25.

Therefore <C = 90 degrees.
