MATHS
Find the area of a triangle with sides 6m, 8m amd 10m.
ANSWER
The area of a triangle with sides of length 6cm,8cm and 10cm has to be determined.
This is a right triangle with perpendicular sides of length 6 and 8cm.
The area can be derived using Heron's theorem.
The area is given by s.(s−a).(s−b).(s−c)
where s is semi perimeter equal to 26+8+10=12
a=6,b=8 and c=10.
The area of the triangle is equal to 12.6.4.2=576=24cm2
Hence, the answer is 24 cm2
Hope it helps uhh.
