Let the work done by first team be 1 and the work done by third team also be 1.
Total work done by First & Second team= 1+1=2
Therefore,
The the work done by Second team = 2 times the work done by both first & second team
Work done by second team = 2 × 2 = 4
Now,
Work done by Third team = 1
Work done by Second team = 4
Now work done by second & third team together = three-fold of work done by first team
Therefore,
Work done by Second team = 3/4 of 1 = 3/4
Now,
Work done by First team=1
Work done by Second Team=4
Work done by third team=3/4
As the work done by second team is the more and other too it wins the competition.
