now we know that diagonal of a paralleogram bisect each other

now using mid point formula between two points

(x+0/2 , y+6/2 )  = 0+2/2 , 9+3/2

x+0/2 =0+2/2      and     y+6/2  = 9+/2

x =2          and    y  =  6

hence fourth vertex is ( 2, 6)
