Cr +++

It has 3 unpaired electrons and according to the Crystal Field Theory it has configuration as t2g³ and is extremely stable in aqueous solution!

Mn3+ is strong oxidising agent because  Mn3+  can easily be converted into  Mn2+ having d5 configuration which is stable half-filled configuration.

Hey !

1. Ti4+ = 3d° ,   V2+ = 3d3 ,   Mn3+  = 3d4 ,   Cr3+  = 3d3

out of these ions Cr3+ is most stable due to cystal feild spliting concept. In Cr3+ , t2g in half filled, so extra stable.

2.  Mn3+ is strong oxidising agent because  Mn3+  can easily be converted into  Mn2+ having d5 configuration which is stable half-filled configuration.

Hope this may help you !

Keep smiling ..
