a) wrong statement. Rice mainly contains carbohydrates. Consumption of only rice will not be enough

b) correct statement. deficiency diseases arise due to lack of a nutrient in the body. Such diseases can be cured by intaking deficient nutrient.
ex: Kwashiorkar-protein deficiency
Marasmus-protein & carbohydrate deficiency.

C) Correct statement. a balanced diet should contain all the required nutrients like
carbohydrates, proteins, fats, minerals, vitamins, water etc.

d)Wrong statement. one can't get all the nutrients from meat. Meat is rich in proteins and fats only.
