Given side of a square tile=20cm

Side of a suare floor=30m=3000cm

No. of tiles req. to cover the floor=

Area of floor/Area of one tile

Area of floor= 3000*3000cm.sq.

=9000000cm.sq.

Area of one tile=20*20cm.sq.

=400cm.sq.

No. of tiles req. to cover the floor=

9000000cm.sq. / 400cm.sq.

=22500Ans
