Tim says that if P is an odd number and Q is an even number
then P+Q-3 cannot be a prime number.

Tim is wrong , P + Q - 3 can be prime number but P + Q - 3  Can not be a  odd number

Q = 2  Even number

P + Q - 3

= 3 + 2 - 3

= 2

2 is a Prime number

Hence  Tim is wrong
