Time and tide waits for no one means time flies and it doesn't stay for anyone. Time is very precious and once time is gone it never comes back. It doesn't differentiate b/w any people...it is same for all...it is unidirectional...time can't be reversed... For ex:If a person wastes his time in useless work and then regrets on his action it is useless as time can't be reversed.
